Bromcom Support Availability Festive Season 2025

The festive season is just around the corner! Here’s when our support team will be available in December: 

Opening Times: 

  • Thu 11 Dec; 12:00 PM - 13:00 PM Closed*

  • Mon 15 Dec – Tue 16 Dec: 8:00 AM – 05:00 PM 

  • Wed 17 Dec: 08:00 AM - 5:00PM Closed* 

  • Thu 18 Dec - Fri 19 Dec: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

  • Mon 22 Dec - Tue 23 Dec: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

  • Wed 24 Dec – Thu 1 Jan: Closed* 

We’ll be back and ready to help on Fri 2 Jan at 8:00 AM

* Just a heads-up: Although there is no helpdesk phoneline or online chat on these days, a skeleton service will be monitoring cases for any system down or critical cases. The Cloud team will also monitor uptime over the festive break and respond to any reports of availability issues. 

The Support Site, Help Centre, Known Issues Page and Bromcom Community will still be accessible for all registered users over the above dates however it will not be managed by Bromcom staff regularly.
