Intermittent page response times
We have been closely monitoring the MIS performance today after the issues we faced yesterday. Unfortunately, Microsoft has been unable to fully scale our system to the needed capacity, which has caused the MIS to run slowly at times before returning to normal speed. This has become more prevalent this afternoon. Our team is working with Microsoft to resolve this issue as a top priority.
