As part of our latest update, we have released a fix that resolves a previous issue where some users were unable to create or save seating plans, assign students to seats, or move classroom furniture. This fix has restored full access to core seating plan functionality.
However, we are aware of a new issue where seats or furniture can now be placed on top of one another when dragged manually. This behaviour was not present before and is not intended. We want to reassure you that this issue does not prevent seating plans from being created or used. A fix for this will be included in an upcoming update planned for early next week.
