The Support Bot is an AI powered Help Centre resource designed to return more informative search results when entering questions about how to use Bromcom. The AI Support Bot works inside the MIS and is suitable for answering generic how to queries that are covered by existing Help Centre articles at https://docs.bromcom.com.
We are going to enable the AI Support Bot for all our new schools going live. Bromcom administrators can enable the Support Bot (or otherwise) by going to Config > Setup > Bromcom AI Settings where you can change the toggle setting to enable Bromcom AI Support Bot.
All sites using the AI Support Bot will go into a prize draw to win a £250 Amazon gift voucher.
There are no permissions in place for the AI Support Bot as it is intended to be a better way to search for Help Centre content from within the MIS.
We continue to develop and refine our AI Support Bot, and therefore we would like to extend our pilot programme and open this up to additional sites in order to capture and act upon customer feedback. Please Email [email protected] if you would like your school or site to join. Please add the site ids you wish to join the AI Support Bot pilot.
The AI Support Bot returns Help Centre content only. It does not return answers to questions about your site's data, and it is not a general purpose AI tool. We have other tools for that.
